📋 Description

• Serve as the focal point within the Franchises and Stores ecosystem for the design, modeling, and evolution of advanced data science solutions • Translate complex business needs into robust, pragmatic technical solutions • Ensure the pragmatic, high-impact delivery of Machine Learning models, meeting deadlines while maintaining high technical quality • Act as a technical reference, providing ongoing support and contributing to the team’s development and training • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation in workflows and data products • Develop solutions aligned with strategic goals, generating tangible value and maximizing retail operational performance • Develop and enhance predictive and traditional Machine Learning models • Create and implement resource optimization solutions, including workforce allocation, shift schedule simulators, and ideal staffing models • Explore and apply Generative AI initiatives • Engage and negotiate with business-area stakeholders, establishing operational and tactical agreements

🎯 Requirements

• Strong command of and practical experience with traditional Machine Learning and predictive modeling • Practical knowledge or a well-structured theoretical foundation in optimization algorithms and techniques • Knowledge of Generative AI and its practical applications in a business context • Strong analytical skills and a critical mindset for validating and auditing models and AI-generated outputs • Excellent negotiation, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills to translate business challenges into technical requirements • Autonomous profile, with the ability to take a firm position and easily gather requirements, validate hypotheses, and structure technical and executive presentations • Skills and knowledge in Machine Learning pipelines and ML Engineering (MLE) are a plus
