📋 Description

• Work within the Stores directorate, developing digital products for Grupo Boticário's beauty ecosystem • Lead the Flutter technical journey, raising the team's technical bar and ensuring integration across squads • Act as a technical reference and foster a collaborative, inclusive, high-performance environment • Partner with the Tech Manager to manage priorities, technical debt and strategic planning • Collaborate with leaders from other areas to ensure platform consistency and technological integration • Monitor the development lifecycle, propose continuous improvements and make complex technical decisions • Lead and influence the creation and maintenance of technical documentation • Mentor developers and support the creation and evaluation of Individual Development Plans • Share knowledge through hands-on sessions, pair programming and technical forums • Build relationships with teams in other tribes and promote best practices • Conduct Architecture Decision Records, lead refinement sessions and orchestrate high-level technical discussions • Design and review architectures with a focus on performance, scalability and cost optimization • Ensure architectural resilience and alignment with business requirements • Improve technical workflows and establish standards for code review, branching and versioning • Monitor alerts, dashboards and code quality, identifying critical points and technical debt • Lead War Rooms to resolve critical issues and guide Postmortems with preventive and corrective actions • Contribute to Customer Service and POS systems, improving omnichannel purchase experience and franchisees' sales and inventory control

🎯 Requirements

• Expertise in Flutter: solid hands-on experience with Flutter development, including state management, navigation, architecture and API consumption • Deep knowledge of the mobile application lifecycle • UX/UI best practices focused on performance and optimization • Advanced proficiency in consuming REST APIs • Experience with error handling, authentication flows and efficient management of asynchronous data • Advanced knowledge of automated testing: unit and widget tests • Understanding of resilient architectures • Proficiency with Git and collaborative workflows such as Gitflow and trunk-based development • Experience working in teams using Scrum or Kanban • Excellent ability to communicate and translate requirements between business/product and the technical team • Nice to have: participation in backend architecture discussions and experience with stacks outside the Flutter ecosystem • Nice to have: experience with Customer Service, Sales, POS or Retail/Franchise solutions • Nice to have: experience with micro-frontends or shared packages/components in Flutter • Nice to have: experience with mobile observability metrics such as Crashlytics, Dynatrace or Datadog
