📋 Description

• Work within the Data ecosystem supporting the People Vice Presidency • Serve as the governance focal point and bridge between the functional team and the Data Science and Data Engineering teams • Lead high-impact, foundational initiatives across the HR ecosystem • Gradually take ownership of managing and facilitating the team’s ceremonies • Translate business needs into technical contexts and facilitate alignment among stakeholders • Propose operational and systemic improvements to the data environment • Lead Agile ceremonies, including backlog replenishment, refinement, flow management, and retrospectives • Represent the Data area in integrations, system transitions, and new workflows for Project Genesis • Map business rules, structures, and data transition rules • Explore databases, run queries, and verify API usage for auditing and validation • Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications for the Data Engineering and Data Science teams

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as a Domain Analyst, Data Product Owner (DPO), Data Business Analyst, or in a related role with a technical and governance focus • Practical knowledge of data exploration, SQL queries, and API consumption and analysis • Strong experience facilitating and leading Agile ceremonies, including refinement, planning, retrospectives, and flow management • Excellent communication and analytical skills • Experience documenting business rules, mapping processes, and managing system and data-source transitions • Ability to translate business needs into technical language • Knowledge of or experience in Human Resources / People Analytics is a plus • Knowledge of or experience with SAP SuccessFactors is a plus • Conceptual or practical knowledge of AI / AI Engineering is a plus • Familiarity with building and interpreting dashboards is a plus
