📋 Description

• Lead internal working groups with operations, procurement, logistics, legal and reputation teams, focusing on the operation of Grupo Boticário's own reverse logistics programs; • Analyze and manage qualitative and quantitative data for the circular economy pillars, provided by internal areas and partners, to achieve the Group's corporate targets and public commitments; • Develop and monitor evaluation indices for internal programs to recognize franchisees for their environmental performance (IAF); • Responsible for leading working group discussions on circular economy initiatives with the Group's international teams (Portugal, Colombia and the USA); • Responsible for strategy, financial feasibility and monitoring results of recycling supply-chain development programs with external partners (EPF and Reuso Recicla); • Provide technical and financial expertise on carbon credit mechanisms generated from the Group's recycling programs; • Structure the supply chain for PCR (post-consumer recycled) materials with suppliers and procurement teams, aiming to expand influence and develop more circular, by-design packaging; • Actively seek alternatives to increase the inclusion and circularity of PCR materials through innovation and partner technologies across other business areas such as store architecture and customer experience.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Biology or a related field; • Financial knowledge and strong analytical skills; • Spanish language skills desirable due to interaction with international teams; • Ability to deliver executive-level presentations;
