📋 Description

• Drive the company’s performance in global sustainability assessments • Support the analysis of the financial visibility of ESG projects • Support communication and transparency initiatives related to the ESG agenda • Lead the annual performance analysis, mapping, and gap-closing efforts for sustainability indices and assessments • Advance the maturity of the internal ESG ROI methodology for measuring the financial returns of social and environmental initiatives • Support the development and execution of the ESG communications plan, connecting governance deliverables to the company’s long-term vision • Mobilize and engage internal stakeholders in providing data, implementing action plans, and adopting financial-environmental methodologies

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Environmental Management, Sustainability, or a related field • Solid experience with the submission, gap analysis, and management of the S&P Global Corporate Sustainability Assessment (CSA / DJSI) • Knowledge of GRI, SASB, TCFD/ISSB, and CSRD is a plus • Experience in financial modeling, economic valuation of social and environmental impacts, and ROI assessment applied to ESG initiatives • Experience leading corporate governance and social and environmental reporting processes • Experience coordinating corporate communications plans and developing ESG data storytelling linked to the long-term strategy • Familiarity with ESG data management software or platforms • Intermediate to advanced English
