📋 Description

• Receive, verify and perform daily control of invoices from service providers, ensuring adherence to deadlines; • **Handling in Financial ERPs (SAP) and legal billing system (*ebilling*):** Execute postings, administrative inputs and monitor payment flows within the financial ERP (SAP), ensuring correct budget allocation; • **Organization and Routines:** Ensure end-to-end process compliance (from invoice and payment request receipt through completion of the payment flow); • Control balances, postings and order reconciliations, minimizing rework; • Extract system reports to support budget backing and the financial governance of the legal management team.

🎯 Requirements

• **Education:** High school diploma *(Technical training or enrollment in a technical or university program in administrative, financial, or accounting fields is desirable);* • Prior hands-on experience with administrative routines, receiving/recording invoices and managing high-volume payment flows across varied assumptions and systems; • Previous experience with the invoice posting module in SAP; • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
