📋 Description

• Strategic Partnership (Business Partnering): Act as the focal point (DBP) for Accounts Receivable with Technology, Commercial, E‑commerce and Logistics teams, translating business needs into financial and digital solutions; • Marketplace Management and Audit: Lead the advanced reconciliation cell for high-volume marketplaces, ensuring accuracy of remittances, fees, shipping charges, cancellations and chargebacks; • Digital Transformation & AI: Map manual reconciliation processes and proactively propose implementation of Artificial Intelligence (agents, intelligent automations, predictive analytics) and RPAs to eliminate bottlenecks and scale the operation; • Executive Communication and Predictive Insight: Structure and present strategic indicators and automated dashboards. Focus on anticipating operational/financial issues and risks in marketplace reconciliation, proposing data-driven remediation scenarios to enable fast, agile and highly scalable decision-making; • Change Management and Efficiency: Serve as the catalyst for structural improvements in Accounts Receivable, eliminating rework. Connect people, processes and technology to ensure system transitions occur without operational friction and with full financial accuracy.

🎯 Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Information Technology or related fields; • Proven Experience: Strong background in finance (reconciliation/receivables team) with extensive experience in the dynamics and reporting of major marketplaces; • Tech & AI Mindset: Hands-on experience applying AI tools to optimize workflows and familiarity with automation tools (RPA, Python, Make, Zapier or similar). Experience with SAP (S/4) and reconciliation platforms (e.g., Simetrik, Ytech, Renova); • Data Analysis: Proficiency with Google tools and BI (Power BI/Tableau) for building analytical views and executive dashboards. Knowledge of databases (SQL) is a strong plus; • Presentation and Clear Communication: Ability to move from technical discussions with system developers to high-impact presentations for executives, adapting language clearly; • Logical Thinking & Curious Mindset: Intellectual curiosity to investigate root causes of complex discrepancies and continually seek new technologies and market trends; • Problem Solving: A results-oriented approach focused on proposing viable, structured solutions in high-volatility and system-change scenarios; • Teamwork and Influence: Ability to engage people, mediate cross-functional conflicts and lead process changes collaboratively and empathetically.
