📋 Description

• Lead and coordinate the PIX and Open Finance squads • Define product strategy and the roadmap • Proactively ensure regulatory compliance • Discuss usability with the design team • Participate in engineering discussions • Analyze metrics with the data team • Delegate and engage the team • Develop OKRs and KPIs to measure product success

🎯 Requirements

• Prior experience as a Group Product Manager, with individual contributions to successful deliveries • Technical and business knowledge of SPI, DICT, Balance Holder (Detentor de Saldo), ITP, Data Transmission and Data Reception • Forward-looking perspective on PIX and Open Finance (regulation, market, and customer behavior) • Mindset of leveraging AI as an accelerator • Strong experience in product and business metrics • Mastery of conversion funnel • Experimentation culture: A/B testing and data-driven decision making • Hands-on experience in agile culture • Leadership of cross-functional teams • Clear communication to engage stakeholders • Balance between strategic vision and tactical execution • Experience building digital products in the financial sector
