📋 Description

• Mapping and conducting detailed analysis of opportunities considering business rules and levers; • Work on high-impact strategic projects for Central Sales Force (FVC) and CEX, with exposure to senior leadership, partnering with business areas and working with cross-functional teams; • Structure complex problems, outlining hypotheses, defining analytical approaches and required data; • Conduct rigorous quantitative analyses, validate assumptions and turn data into actionable recommendations; • Apply critical thinking to extract valuable insights from qualitative and quantitative analyses; • Propose the directions to be followed in the project based on the generated insights; • Have autonomy to lead projects, including executing the proposed scope and running project rituals.

🎯 Requirements

• High analytical capacity and problem-structuring skills; • Critical and systemic thinking to interpret data and connect insights to business priorities and challenges; • Strong communication, organization and structured thinking skills; • Ability to engage with diverse stakeholders and influence various levels of the organization; • Appetite for addressing diverse topics and a commitment to continuous learning; • Passion for solving business problems; • Adaptable profile in dynamic scenarios; • Good command of data tools; • Responsible and able to work autonomously in problem-solving and project execution while remote; • Preferred: Knowledge of SQL and experience manipulating and structuring large volumes of data (preferably Google BigQuery); • Preferred: Prior experience in consulting is an advantage.
