📋 Description

• Develop features using ReactJS and Node.js • Collaborate on defining architectural standards, reusable components, and implementation strategies for complex features • Work across all application layers, from the web front end to backend infrastructure • Influence technical decisions and guide other developers in complex solutions • Diagnose and resolve complex issues efficiently and sustainably • Explain technical concepts to different audiences and keep the team aligned • Identify improvements, propose solutions, and take preventive action on technical issues • Take ownership of deliverables, from conception through production monitoring • Work in a cross-functional team and contribute to a positive technical environment • Produce technical documentation, share knowledge, and support the scalability of the team and product

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of advanced experience with ReactJS • Advanced knowledge of state management: Redux, Zustand, Context API, and others • Experience with modular architectures, Server-Side Rendering/Static Generation frameworks such as Next.js, and in-depth web performance optimization • 2+ years of solid experience with Node.js • REST/GraphQL API development • Knowledge of Express, Fastify, or NestJS • Experience with SQL databases: PostgreSQL and MySQL • Experience with NoSQL databases: MongoDB and DynamoDB • Knowledge of data modeling, query optimization, and migrations • Knowledge of Clean Architecture, SOLID principles, and microservices • Experience with full-stack automated testing: Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, and Playwright • Hands-on experience with CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS or GCP • Advanced knowledge of unit and component testing • Knowledge of resilient architectures
