📋 Description

• Build a modern SaaS platform to help CPG brands and manufacturers manage lab testing and compliance • Work alongside the founding engineer and customers to build and refine the platform • Evaluate technical trade-offs using systems architecture expertise • Make informed technical decisions • Implement security best practices to safeguard data and application integrity

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a full stack engineer • Strong proficiency in Ruby on Rails, Turbo (Rails Hotwire), Tailwind CSS, and PostgreSQL • Experience with React is a plus • Bias to action and comfort with early-stage 0-to-1 execution • UI/UX best practices and close collaboration with design teams are bonus qualifications • Excitement about bringing transparency to the food system • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to see the big picture and solve problems autonomously • Previous experience in a developer role in high-growth startups • Advanced to Fluent English skills • Must be Brazilian and/or currently living in Brazil • Updated CV in English • LinkedIn profile link • GitHub profile link
