📋 Description

• Participate in defining delivery objectives and plan and organize your own activities • Help colleagues overcome obstacles, resolve blockers, and proactively complete tasks • Participate in product implementation decisions by understanding the domain and designing solutions aligned with the existing architecture • Support other developers in improving the product architecture • Implement simple, high-quality, high-performance solutions using programming best practices and delivering a strong user experience • Maintain, improve, and review code through Code Review and Pair Programming, reducing vulnerabilities • Develop unit, integration, functional, and performance tests • Build and improve product monitoring and participate in incident analysis and resolution • Use data and facts to identify improvements and opportunities, investigate, test, and propose new technologies • Keep documentation up to date • Work collaboratively, practice giving and receiving feedback, and help the team learn best practices and standards • Communicate technical and non-technical topics clearly, concisely, and appropriately for the audience • Contribute to a culture of respectful sharing of opinions and participation in discussions

🎯 Requirements

• Experience working in digital product squads using an agile development model focused on business objectives • Experience programming with Node.js • Experience in back-end development • Experience building microservices • Understanding of consuming RESTful APIs • Experience with JavaScript (Node.js), HTML, and Shell • Experience with Git and GitHub • Experience with SOLID, Clean Architecture, or Clean Code • Experience with serverless and container technologies such as Lambda, Docker, and Kubernetes • Experience with React.js • Experience building BFFs and micro-frontends • Understanding of NoSQL and relational databases such as MongoDB, DynamoDB, and PostgreSQL • Experience with CI/CD pipelines • Knowledge of a CI/CD tool such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or CircleCI • Experience with monitoring tools such as New Relic and the AWS ecosystem • Excellent communication skills • Experience working in a cross-functional, distributed, and diverse team • Experience with cloud-based distributed systems architecture patterns (AWS Cloud, GCP) • Experience developing event-driven distributed services (Kafka, SQS, RabbitMQ) • Affirmative action position for people with disabilities
