📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain fullstack ecosystems with Node.js APIs using NestJS, Express, or Fastify, and React.js/Next.js interfaces • Establish advanced unit, integration, and end-to-end (E2E) testing practices • Optimize Core Web Vitals and the efficiency of server-side API consumption • Develop and evolve Design Systems and internal libraries • Ensure WCAG-compliant accessibility, technical consistency, and scalability • Model relational and non-relational databases • Optimize microservices and messaging systems • Lead code reviews and mentor less senior developers • Promote Clean Code, SOLID principles, and Design Patterns • Identify and resolve critical technical debt • Configure and maintain CI/CD pipelines for continuous cloud delivery • Collaborate with Product Management, UX/UI Design, and QA • Implement observability and production monitoring metrics

🎯 Requirements

• Proficiency in Node.js backend development, including REST/GraphQL APIs and microservices • Proficiency in React.js frontend development • Experience with modeling and persistence using PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, and DynamoDB • Proficiency in Clean Code, SOLID, Clean Architecture, and Design Patterns • Hands-on experience with automated unit, integration, and functional/E2E testing • Experience with Jest, Cypress, or Playwright • Knowledge of Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and AWS or GCP • Experience with production observability metrics and logs • Version control with Git/GitHub • Experience with Code Reviews and Pair Programming • Technical documentation maintenance • Experience working in agile squads • Position exclusively for people with disabilities
