📋 Description

• Develop and maintain robust, scalable REST APIs using Node.js, ensuring performance, security and adherence to backend best practices. • Build responsive and intuitive web interfaces with React, integrating them efficiently with the backend services of the routine management application. • Collaborate with mobile, design and product teams to ensure feature consistency across platforms and a high-quality user experience. • Implement and maintain automated tests (unit, integration and end-to-end) on both backend and frontend. • Actively participate in code reviews, contributing to code quality improvements and the dissemination of technical knowledge within the team. • Support the definition and evolution of system architecture, proposing technical solutions for scalability and maintainability challenges. • Troubleshoot and resolve complex performance, security and integration issues across systems.

🎯 Requirements

• Node.js (3+ years): Advanced experience with production REST/GraphQL APIs (Express, Fastify or NestJS). • React (3+ years): Strong command of the ecosystem (Hooks, Context, Redux/Zustand) and experience with performance optimization. • Databases & APIs: Data modeling and optimization in SQL and NoSQL; API design, documentation, versioning and security (JWT, OAuth). • Architecture & Quality: Familiarity with Clean Architecture, SOLID principles, microservices and full-stack automated testing (Jest, Mocha, Cypress, Playwright). • DevOps & Cloud: Practical experience with CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes and cloud platforms (AWS or GCP). • End-to-end mindset: Ability to work across the full stack, from the UI through to backend infrastructure. • Leadership & Mentoring: Ability to guide other developers on complex solutions and influence technical decisions. • Ownership & Proactivity: Sense of responsibility for deliveries (from conception to production) and initiative to propose preventive improvements. • Communication & Documentation: Clear communication to align the team and translate technical concepts, with a strong focus on documentation and knowledge sharing. • Collaboration & Culture: Problem-solving attitude, adaptability for continuous learning and commitment to maintaining a healthy, multidisciplinary technical environment.
