📋 Description

• Support the facilitation, structuring, and consolidation of the Treasury Division’s annual and multi-year strategic planning • Track OKR and KPI performance, develop dashboards, conduct progress reviews, and provide visibility into deviations • Support the direct management of the PMO for the Division’s strategic projects • Develop project frameworks and methodologies • Consolidate the monthly status report for initiatives • Monitor the annual budget cycle with FP&A, including trend reviews and actuals versus budget • Monitor cost centers, consulting engagements, and expenses • Maintain and integrate the official calendar of governance routines, divisional events, and functional committees • Support visibility into strategic milestones and their cascading actions • Map access request and revocation workflows • Conduct periodic profile audits • Support the review of internal policies with Risk and Compliance

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Accounting, or a related field • Postgraduate degree, specialization, or certifications in Project Management, Strategy, or Corporate Governance are a plus • Familiarity with traditional and agile frameworks (PMBOK, Scrum, Kanban) • Experience with goal-setting and performance measurement methodologies, such as OKRs and KPIs • Familiarity with data management concepts, artificial intelligence, and analytical tools is desirable • Advanced Excel proficiency • Proficiency with data visualization and dashboard tools, such as Power BI or Tableau • Comfortable using Jira, Confluence, and Miro • Basic knowledge of corporate budgeting and cost control (P&L and Capex/Opex) • Strong communication, stakeholder management, meeting facilitation, and executive governance skills • Analytical and structured mindset
