📋 Description

• Develop and Evolve the Data Culture: Translate raw market and internal data into actionable, high-impact insights to support decision-making for promotional assortments and planning aimed at the end consumer. • Be the Automation Engine: Identify bottlenecks, manual routines, and repetitive operational processes within the team, designing automated solutions using Google AI tools to generate efficiency and time savings. • Modeling and Visualization: Support analysts and specialists in structuring data and analyses, visually connecting strategic and operational metrics and building in-depth analyses that feed back into the promotional planning process. • Partnership and Facilitation: Collaborate with internal and cross-functional teams to design competitive promotional assortments focused on the end consumer.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (completed) in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields. • Advanced proficiency with data structuring, analysis, and visualization tools, with hands-on experience in SQL, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and Looker Studio. • Knowledge of programming languages or tools for process automation and data handling using AI. • Strong ability to translate complex numerical results into clear executive-level presentations for leadership. • Good stakeholder management and communication skills. • Experience in commercial or promotions planning is desirable. • Previous experience in data/management consulting or in corporate Business Intelligence and Analytics teams is a plus.
