📋 Description

• Manage and execute building maintenance and HVAC service requests for company-owned points of sale; • Coordinate and manage service requests with third-party suppliers; • Daily update and monitoring of the status of service requests in the platforms; • Keep the database up to date and organized; • Submit completed service requests for billing; • Ensure clear and effective communication with stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical or Civil) or Architecture; • Experience in retail maintenance; • Experience with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office suite; • Knowledge of data and continuous improvement (a plus); • Organized, dynamic, proactive, and collaborative profile.
