📋 Description

• Perform balance conversions and eliminations of intercompany transactions. • Collaborate with the team to identify and resolve accounting inconsistencies. • Actively participate in monthly, quarterly and annual accounting close processes, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of information in the group's company consolidations. • Provide support to the accounting team. • Interact with other areas (such as FP&A, Controllership and Operations) to align information and consolidate financial analyses. • Contribute to the preparation of financial statements and accompanying notes. • Support the preparation of management reports and financial analyses. • Propose and implement improvements to reduce closing timelines and automate the area's processes. • Support internal and external audits.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting. • Knowledge of accounting close routines and consolidation in integrated systems (ERP/SAP). • Strong knowledge of CPCs (Brazilian accounting pronouncements) and IFRS. • Broad/generalist knowledge in accounting. • Experience preparing consolidated financial statements. • Critical and analytical mindset to identify process improvement opportunities and support implementation. • Advanced Microsoft Office skills. • Advanced English.
