📋 Description

• Manage and evolve digital products, supporting strategy and delivering business value. • Gather, analyze and translate business needs into requirements for development teams. • Manage and prioritize the backlog together with stakeholders and leadership, considering business value, impact and technical feasibility. • Participate in the creation and monitoring of the product roadmap. • Attend agile ceremonies and support the development team throughout the delivery cycle. • Monitor metrics (KPIs) and support the identification of improvement opportunities. • Prepare executive materials to track initiatives. • Serve as a bridge between business, technology and other stakeholders, ensuring alignment of deliveries. • Contribute to digital transformation projects and the continuous improvement of products.

🎯 Requirements

• Required qualifications • Experience in digital product management, as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Product Analyst or Business Analyst. • Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum and/or Kanban). • Experience with Jira, Confluence, Miro and Figma. • Experience in requirements elicitation, backlog management and writing user stories. • Knowledge of product metrics (KPIs). • Basic knowledge of UX/UI. • Experience interacting between business and technology teams. • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, Pharmacy, Nursing or a related field.
