📋 Description

• Build a friendly and professional relationship with clients; • Align expectations with clients in your portfolio, identify opportunities, and demonstrate results (QBR); • Identify and create business and expansion opportunities; • Responsible for the strategy and support provided to clients, aiming to achieve a high NPS (and its follow-ups). Therefore, ensure excellent service and continuously improve your knowledge during interactions to deliver maximum value to clients; • Develop strategic actions to drive engagement across the client portfolio under your responsibility; • Build a strong relationship with each client and work to maintain stable contract health, creating opportunities for expansion; • Monitor, address, and reverse churn; • Increase client loyalty through a friendly and productive relationship;

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Law, Public Management, or related fields; • Strong logical reasoning and aptitude for data/information analysis; • Organized to ensure quality in deliverables; • Experience in customer support within customer success; • Professional demeanor to build credibility with diverse client profiles; • Resilience to handle pressure, client resistance, and multiple demands; • Good communication skills to be clear and assertive; • Experience and strong knowledge of public procurement/tender processes;
