📋 Description
• Perform all Personnel Department routines • Calculate payroll, vacations, termination payments and labor-related charges • Record salary adjustments, promotions and changes in the payroll • Send spreadsheet with vacation due dates • Process vacation calculations • Execute, calculate and analyze terminations • Calculate 13th salary (13th-month pay) • Analyze collective agreements and collective bargaining conventions • Update systems via e-Social • Prepare monthly and annual routines • Maintain the quotas for minor apprentices and people with disabilities (PWDs) • Analyze provisions for vacation pay and 13th salary (13th-month pay) • Send the payroll-deduction loan margin to banks • Register and process payments for RPA (payments to self-employed/independent contractors) • Resolve non-conformities in FOPAG payroll calculations • Update Personnel Department indicators spreadsheets
