📋 Description

• Develop, maintain and optimize ETL/ELT data pipelines integrating diverse HR data • Design and maintain relational and non-relational data models in a Data Warehouse/Data Lake for employee lifecycle metrics • Automate data extraction routines • Implement validation tests to ensure data integrity, consistency and reliability • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (LGPD) in HR databases and pipelines • Create optimized views and tables for consumption by HR Analytics teams • Develop advanced dashboards when necessary • Document data sources, ETL flows, data dictionaries and People/HR business rules

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced SQL proficiency, including complex queries, data manipulation, query optimization and creation of tables/views • Intermediate to advanced experience with Python for automation, API consumption and data processing • Hands-on experience building data integration pipelines and multidimensional modeling (Star Schema, Snowflake) • Practical knowledge of cloud environments (AWS, GCP or Azure) • Familiarity with Data Warehouse technologies such as BigQuery, Snowflake or Redshift • Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau or Looker • This position is also open to applicants with disabilities (PcD)
