📋 Description

• We're seeking a Regional B2B Marketing Planning Specialist to operate in a highly strategic role with strong visibility and interaction across different directorates. This professional will be the main link between the industry's brand strategy and on-the-ground execution (Commercial and Trade Channel), ensuring synergy with Trade Category and Consumer. • The environment is dynamic and requires a very high capacity for self-management, resilience and adaptability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously. More than managing processes, we seek someone with a highly relational profile, diplomatic negotiation skills for prioritization and a strong sense of commitment. The professional should be data-oriented, using traditional market tools and Artificial Intelligence (AI) focused on Growth Business to maximize measurable results. • Regional Strategic Planning: Lead the annual, tactical and financial planning for regional B2B marketing, ensuring alignment with the company's global goals; • Integrated Communication: Ensure consistency and strength of our brands' integrated communication with the industry, translating corporate guidelines into efficient regional plans; • End-to-End Connection (Synergy): Serve as the key connector between the executing end (Trade Channel and Sales Team) and the Trade Category and Consumer areas, ensuring plans make sense from sell-in to sell-out; • Executive Interface: Move confidently across different directorates, influencing decision-makers, advocating for projects and reporting on the progress of initiatives under your responsibility; • Priority Management and Organizational Resilience: Manage simultaneous, high-complexity workflows, have the analytical maturity to assess scenarios, mitigate risks, redefine priorities strategically and understand short- and long-term impacts on the business; • Market Analysis and Commercial Intelligence: Extract, cross-reference and analyze market and sales data to identify regional opportunities, design channel strategies and support directorate decisions; • Measurement and Growth Innovation: Apply Artificial Intelligence solutions to optimize Growth Business processes, as well as define clear KPIs, monitor campaign/activation performance and structure ROI reports.

🎯 Requirements

• Availability to travel • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related fields. Postgraduate degree or MBA in Business, Marketing or Growth will be considered a plus. • Solid prior experience in Marketing Planning, Strategic Trade Marketing or Market Intelligence, with a focus on B2B retail and end consumer; • Practical experience using Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools and methodologies applied to Growth Business (GB) contexts for scaling, automation, predictive analysis or generating business insights; • Market Tools (Hard Skills): Mandatory proficiency in handling and extracting data from tools such as Scantech and IQVIA (or similar market/retail audit platforms); • Strong skill and ease in using other commercial sales tools / internal sell-in/sell-out systems; • Relational Profile and Diplomacy: Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence; • Ability to build bridges between areas with differing interests (e.g., Commercial vs. Marketing) and to handle objections professionally; • Critical Thinking and Business Vision: Ability to translate analytical data into practical action plans focused on growing market share and sales volume.
