• Create and publish daily content (posts and stories) on Instagram with a focus on B2C engagement. • Manage WhatsApp groups, ensuring alignment with campaigns and communication flow. • Liaise with traffic/ad agency and marketing consultants, providing inputs and supporting the implementation of strategic improvements. • Support general marketing requests, both online and offline. • Produce assets and creatives using Canva and CapCut. • Assist in executing defined strategies, ensuring agility and quality in deliverables. • Organize and track requests between the internal team and external partners.
• Previous experience in Marketing. • Proficiency with Canva and CapCut. • Strong written communication with a light, empathetic tone tailored to B2C audiences. • Comfortable with digital tools and social media platforms. • Availability to work on-site/in person. • Organized, proactive, agile, and detail-oriented. • Ability to manage multiple simultaneous tasks.
