📋 Description

• Lead the definition of the product experience design strategy, aligned with OKRs and user needs • Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative research, usability testing, and journey mapping • Translate research insights into functional, data-driven solutions • Develop information architecture, navigation flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes • Ensure the evolution and application of the Design System, visual consistency, component reuse, and accessibility • Facilitate co-creation workshops, Design Thinking activities, and alignment sessions with Engineering, Product, and Data teams • Analyze usability and user behavior metrics to propose continuous improvements • Identify and resolve friction points across complex product journeys • Ensure detailed documentation and a structured handoff to Engineering • Mentor and support the technical development of other designers

🎯 Requirements

• Proficiency in Figma for creating components, screens, responsive flows, and high-fidelity prototypes for mobile devices using a mobile-first approach • Experience applying and evolving Design Systems, standardized components, brand visual language, and accessibility practices • Ability to analyze quantitative metrics and qualitative data to support data-driven design decisions • Experience with product discovery, hypothesis formulation, and conducting continuous testing • Experience working in multidisciplinary teams (squads) in partnership with Product Managers and Engineers/Developers • Strong understanding of the product lifecycle in agile environments • Knowledge of WCAG
