📋 Description

• Build the product exposure strategy for Resellers’ spaces, responsible for allocating cycle movements across available spaces — taking into account different configurations and sizes of Resellers’ spaces. • Monitor business results and prioritize movements and products according to the challenges of the Direct Sales channel. • Work directly with the Visual Merchandising team to develop joint solutions that align display strategies with in-store communication strategies. • Translate strategies and provide briefings for the development of planograms. • Track performance and implement short-term responses aimed at recovery and leveraging results. • Interface with internal teams to collaboratively develop and share visibility of strategies. • Maintain a connection with field operations and conduct competitor analysis to identify pain points and opportunities to adjust course. • Communicate with salesforce teams to ensure proposals are executed at the front line. • Perform data and results analyses to support decisions and measure the impact of actions.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field. • Proficiency in reading data and generating insights, with a data-driven profile for building strategies. • Ability to create executive materials and a flexible mindset that adapts well to changes in direction. • Previous experience with product display strategies or Trade Marketing. • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and strong skills in building connections and bridges.
