📋 Description

• Monitor and analyze the performance and quality of loan vintages and the credit portfolio, identifying trends, risks and optimization opportunities • Evaluate, design and manage credit policies aimed at increasing the approval rate while rigorously controlling delinquency and expected loss • Develop simulation models, A/B tests and sensitivity analyses to support strategic decisions on approvals and credit limits • Improve monitoring processes and periodic reporting, ensuring greater predictability of indicators for leadership and partner areas (Product, Risk, Sales and Finance) • Develop a deep understanding of the real estate business dynamics to establish solid assumptions and evidence-based recommendations for decision-making • Collaborate with Data, Engineering and Product teams to enable implementation of new rules and improvements in decision engines • Contribute to the continuous evolution of risk mitigation processes and to strengthening a data-driven culture at Loft.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience managing credit policies, monitoring delinquency metrics, risk management and portfolio/vintage analysis • Strong analytical skills to turn complex data into clear diagnoses and strategic business assumptions • Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation, and experience with data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI or similar) • Strong business acumen and the ability to balance approval growth with portfolio risk control • Clear, assertive communication to present analyses, scenarios and recommendations to diverse audiences and to support executive decision-making • Proactivity, ownership mindset and results orientation in a dynamic environment • Previous experience in fintechs, financial institutions or the real estate/rental guarantee market is a plus.
