📋 Description

• Provide proactive and inbound support to students through digital channels, ensuring quality, empathy and timely resolution • Provide support to students enrolled in international courses, offering guidance and ongoing follow-up throughout their academic journey • Create, update and monitor operational reports for strategic service areas • Analyze performance indicators and propose process improvement actions • Support management decision-making by preparing analyses and management reports • Manage and monitor internship agreement documentation, ensuring compliance, organization and adherence to deadlines • Collaborate with internal areas such as Academic, Operations, International and Legal to resolve requests • Identify attrition risks and develop strategies focused on student retention • Record and maintain all interactions and information in CRM systems and internal platforms

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Communication, Marketing or related fields • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills • Experience with data analysis and performance indicators • Knowledge of CRM and customer service systems • Knowledge of administrative routines and document management
