📋 Description

• Server and environment administration • Install, configure and maintain physical and virtual servers (Windows and/or Linux). • Monitor performance, resource usage and apply security patches. • Manage backup, restore and contingency procedures. • Network and connectivity management • Administer LAN/WAN network infrastructure, switches, routers and firewalls. • Ensure availability of links, VPNs and secure connections between sites and the cloud. • Cloud environments • Manage environments in AWS, OCI, private cloud and on-premises. • Implement automations, security policies and cost controls in the cloud. • Information security • Implement and maintain security policies, access controls and corporate antivirus. • Monitor vulnerabilities and support audits and compliance (LGPD, ISO 27001, etc.). • Support and incidents • Handle infrastructure incidents at level 2 and 3. • Support the Service Desk and document solutions in the knowledge base. • Asset and licensing management • Keep hardware, software and license inventory up to date. • Plan capacity and recommend preventive acquisitions. • Projects and improvements • Participate in technology upgrade projects, migrations and automations. • Propose and implement continuous improvements in performance, cost and security.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience administering Windows and Linux servers. • Practical knowledge of networking and security. • Experience in virtualization, including creating and maintaining virtual machines. • Troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve complex incidents. • Ability to produce clear, up-to-date technical documentation. • Analytical, collaborative profile with a sense of priority and responsibility. • Practical experience with virtualization platforms such as VMware, Hyper-V, Proxmox or similar. • Experience with Windows Server and Linux environments, including administration and troubleshooting. • Experience with monitoring tools such as Zabbix, Grafana, PRTG or equivalents. • Knowledge of TCP/IP networking, VLANs, VPNs, DNS, DHCP and firewalls. • Experience with backup and restore routines, such as Veeam, Acronis or similar. • Knowledge of automation scripting, such as PowerShell, Bash or basic Python. • Knowledge of databases such as SQL Server, MySQL and PostgreSQL. • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) — Terraform, Ansible, etc. • Familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker and CI/CD pipelines. • Knowledge of observability and logging tools (ELK Stack, Prometheus, CloudWatch).
