📋 Description

• Participate in the development and evolution of a portfolio of digital products, from conception through post-launch. • Become an expert in users' pain points and market trends, facilitating alignment, problem exploration, and ideation sessions with squads, stakeholders, partners, and users. • Lead experiments to validate hypotheses, document and share learnings for product improvement. • Define and manage product metrics and objectives (OKRs) as well as the roadmap. • Facilitate prioritization ceremonies for cycles (such as PI planning, release planning, etc.) with the team and stakeholders. • Lead refinement and agile routines with the engineering team. • Inspire the development team around the product purpose, demonstrating value to the GB ecosystem (customers, employees, consultants, resellers, partners, and society). • Support digital transformation and product management culture within the area.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience working with digital products as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or in similar roles. • Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, and/or others). • A data-driven profile, able to transform data into insights by analyzing different data sources to identify what has the greatest impact/relevance for the product. Also combine quantitative analyses with qualitative research to develop hypotheses and make decisions. • Business-oriented product mindset, able to connect company strategy and priorities to the product. • Familiarity with user experience, design, and innovation concepts and practices. • A challenging mindset willing to question the status quo with peers and product leadership and related areas. • Ability to build relationships and collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders. • Clear and objective communication skills in writing, speaking, and presentations. • Strong planning and organizational skills. • Comfortable working in a dynamic and transforming environment.
