📋 Description

• Drive performance of the retail channel results (O Boticário, Quem disse, Berenice?, Eudora and BLZ) • Prepare analyses of weekly sales reports, extracting learnings and opportunities across cycles • Manage KPIs and monitor action plans • Perform complex data analyses to identify trends, patterns and opportunities for business growth and optimization • Actively participate in results forums with leadership and stakeholders • Create executive materials with analysis and diagnostics for the board/directors

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics or related fields • Proven experience manipulating databases using SQL and GCP (BigQuery) • Advanced knowledge of Google Sheets and Google Slides • Strong ability to map and solve problems using data • Ability to summarize complex topics succinctly in both verbal and written communication • Analytical and organized profile, with positive energy and strong interpersonal skills to engage teams
