📋 Description

• Build from scratch the Generative AI foundation for the Finanças GB platform. • Take technological ownership in defining strategy, designing architecture and implementing solutions for business partners. • Design and implement enterprise agent solutions, including orchestration of LLMs, reasoning flows, external tools and integration with APIs and company data. • Design Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines covering indexing, retrieval and context enrichment. • Evolve agents to query knowledge bases, analytical systems and corporate systems with strict authentication and access control. • Ensure observability, manage inference costs, select the optimal LLM according to context and ensure security for cloud applications. • Develop solutions for Finanças GB, Grupo Boticário’s digital product that supports the financial journey of franchisees and partners, including reconciliations and managerial tracking of financial indicators.

🎯 Requirements

• Generative AI: design, development and operation of LLM-based applications in production, preferably in corporate environments. • Advanced fluency in Python. • Proficiency with orchestrators such as LangChain, LangGraph and LlamaIndex. • Experience with embeddings, chunking and semantic search in vector databases or equivalents. • Experience with GCP or AWS. • Experience with managed AI services such as Vertex AI and Bedrock. • Experience integrating systems via APIs. • Ability to decide between RAG, prompt engineering and fine-tuning, balancing latency, cost and reliability. • Plus: experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP) or advanced context architectures for LLMs. • Plus: hands-on experience in monitoring and optimizing inference costs. • Plus: integrating agents into Slack, Teams or similar platforms. • Plus: familiarity with React / C# (.NET). • Curious, market-aware mindset focused on continuous learning about developments in the discipline.
