📋 Description

• Assess the current BI environment (models, performance, adoption, and best practices) • Design and develop robust, scalable semantic models • Build executive dashboards using Power BI • Define governance standards for workspaces, datasets, and analytical models • Implement security best practices, Row-Level Security (RLS), and sensitivity labels • Optimize performance using DAX, Power Query (M), and VertiPaq • Work on integration between Power BI and Databricks (DirectQuery and Delta Sharing) • Prepare technical recommendations to evolve the BI architecture • Operate with a high degree of autonomy, conducting a full review of the environment and proposing improvements • Participate in a strategic global project focused on establishing data governance

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience with Power BI • Proficiency in Semantic Modeling • Advanced DAX skills • Power Query (M) • Performance optimization (VertiPaq, aggregations, and large-volume data handling) • Power BI Service (Workspaces, Deployment Pipelines, Gateways, and RLS) • Experience with Databricks (DirectQuery and Delta Sharing) • Knowledge of UX for dashboards and self-service analytics • Ability to work independently, conducting analyses and proposing improvements across the BI environment • Advanced/Fluent English for regular communication with global teams • Microsoft PL-300 certification (preferred) • Microsoft Fabric DP-600 certification (preferred) • Experience with Microsoft Fabric (preferred) • Experience in Data Governance projects (preferred) • Knowledge of Data Lake, Lakehouse, and modern analytics architecture (preferred)
