📋 Description

• Serve as the team’s primary technical reference • Raise the bar for the team, foster a culture of collaboration, and develop less senior professionals • Conduct code reviews and pair programming • Lead the definition of front-end and back-end architectural standards • Focus on scalability, high performance, cost management, and technological modernization of the platform • Build and evolve responsive, accessible interfaces, high-performance services, and APIs for the e-commerce ecosystem • Collaborate with product, infrastructure, DevOps, data, and marketplace teams • Act as the technical voice in deliveries, discovery initiatives, blocker mapping, and architectural decisions • Keep documentation up to date • Monitor production applications, resolve complex incidents, and participate in the on-call and support rotation • Ensure system availability and security

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in front-end technologies: React, JavaScript ES6+, and TypeScript • Proficiency in back-end technologies: Kotlin and Java • Experience building, consuming, and migrating RESTful/GraphQL APIs • Solid experience with Design Systems and Micro Frontends • Knowledge of event-driven architecture and microservices • Knowledge of Clean Code principles • Experience with automated unit, integration, and end-to-end (E2E) testing • Advanced version control with Git • Knowledge of front-end loading optimization and accessibility • Knowledge of concurrency, caching, and high availability in back-end systems • Experience with CI/CD in Agile environments • Hands-on experience with monitoring and metrics using New Relic, Datadog, Dynatrace, or similar tools
