📋 Description
• Provide customer support through the company website and marketplaces • Answer questions, handle complaints, and resolve customer requests • Process and monitor product exchanges and returns • Track orders, logistics processes, and delivery flow • Assist in monitoring issues related to orders • Register products and keep information updated in internal systems and marketplaces • Use Bling to monitor and update operations
🎯 Requirements
• High school diploma • Proactive, organized, communicative, and self-motivated profile • Ability to solve problems and work effectively with customers • Interest in or familiarity with sporting goods and equipment is a plus • 3–5 years of professional experience
