📋 Description

• Conduct regular 1:1 sessions, provide ongoing feedback, and structure Individual Development Plans (IDPs). • Support developers' technical growth by promoting pair programming practices and decentralizing knowledge. • Foster a collaborative, innovative, and psychologically safe environment focused on motivation and continuous improvement. • Lead squad rituals (Plannings, Refinements, Retrospectives, and Reviews). • Remove impediments to ensure smooth delivery flow and the application of agile methodologies. • Ensure continuous delivery with a strong focus on delivering value to the end user and the business. • Work with stakeholders to present results, gather insights, and refine the product. • Contribute to defining, tracking, and communicating the squad's OKRs and key metrics. • Balance technical needs with business priorities and agreed deadlines. • Assess technical impacts, operational risks, and estimate effort for new features. • Collaborate with Infrastructure, Security, and Architecture teams to determine the most robust and scalable technical solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience leading software development teams focused on digital products. • Solid knowledge of Microservices, FaaS (Serverless), REST APIs, and Event-Driven Architecture. • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and expertise in building/managing CI/CD pipelines. • Strong technical foundation focused on software quality, system evolution, decomposition of complex problems, and abstraction. • Proficiency in methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban, with the ability to adapt them to the squad's context and maturity to drive continuous improvement. • Practical knowledge of support/operations models and prioritization workflows for bug fixes. • Mastery of facilitation and problem-solving techniques, with the ability to lead investigations and root-cause analyses. • Ability to translate complex business problems into feasible technical solutions. • Agility to handle changes in direction and promote continuous innovation. • Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability to switch easily between technical conversations with developers and strategic discussions with directors and stakeholders.
