📋 Description

• Serve as a Technical Product Manager on the Technology team, supporting the Legal function • Map business rules, workflows, and complex processes • Translate business needs into technical and functional specifications for development and data engineering teams • Serve as the technical liaison for the integration and transition of SaaS, ERP, and legal, finance, and HR systems • Ensure compliance with Architecture, Information Security, Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (LGPD), and Ethics guidelines • Write SQL queries and perform API checks and consumption for data auditing, rule validation, monitoring, and support for new workflows • Evaluate market tools and Low-Code/No-Code platforms • Manage technical communication and integration with SaaS software partners and vendors • Lead agile ceremonies, technical refinement sessions, dependency mapping, and delivery flow tracking • Support the team’s technical development, mentor less experienced professionals, and promote documentation, quality, and integration/regression testing

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience as a Technical Product Manager with a strong technical and governance focus • Practical knowledge of SQL for exploring relational and non-relational databases • Experience consuming and testing REST/SOAP APIs and API Gateways • Understanding of microservices, event-driven architecture, and Serverless technologies • Knowledge of the software development lifecycle, including DevOps, CI/CD, and data pipelines • Experience facilitating agile ceremonies and managing technical workflows • Ability to collaborate across non-technical business functions and specialized technical teams • Strong vendor management skills • Ability to create process maps, integration diagrams, and detailed functional requirements • Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, GenAI, LLMs, and RAG is a plus • Experience with corporate data, People Analytics, or Compliance, Risk, Legal, and Finance systems is a plus • Experience with system transition or integration projects, such as SAP SuccessFactors, ECC, and messaging platforms, is a plus • Familiarity with Low-Code/No-Code platforms, such as AppSheet, or Python for targeted automation is a plus
