📋 Description

• Develop, implement and monitor the trade marketing strategy across all retail channels in the South region and Minas Gerais • Ensure excellent execution, maintain client relationships and perform performance analysis • Plan and execute trade activities in grocery, pharmacy, perfumery and department store channels • Manage budget and evaluate ROI • Analyze KPIs and generate strategic insights • Maintain relationships with retail clients and partners • Ensure point-of-sale execution, including visibility and promotional materials • Work in synergy with Commercial (Sales), Marketing and Supply teams

🎯 Requirements

• Temporary position with a 6-month contract duration • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related fields • Solid experience in trade marketing with a retail focus, preferably in the hygiene and beauty industry • Analytical profile, strategic vision and strong command of performance indicators • Advanced Excel skills and experience with analytical tools • Availability to travel • Previous experience in the indirect network (distributors) for pharmacy, grocery and/or perfumery channels • Results-oriented • Strong communication and negotiation skills • Organized, proactive and innovative • Ability to deliver quickly and maintain organized routines • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple demands • Reside in the São Paulo metropolitan area or nearby (interior)
