• Technical oversight of medical leaves. • Liaison with physicians, client companies, and occupational health teams. • Preliminary document review. • Development of performance indicators. • Preparation of clinical reports. • Leading technical meetings. • Development of action plans. • Support in onboarding new clients. • Participation in continuous process improvement.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing. • Specialization in Occupational Health Nursing (preferred). • Experience in Occupational Health. • Strong communication skills. • Analytical mindset. • Organized. • Knowledge of performance indicators. • Proficiency with technology.
