📋 Description

• Perform technical utilization review of medical procedures, assessing requests based on current clinical and regulatory criteria using the company’s proprietary system. • Issue well-founded technical opinions for authorizations and requests involving elective, urgent, and emergency procedures. • Ensure the compliance and quality of reviews while responding efficiently to operational demands. • Perform all activities remotely, with availability during regular business hours. • Contribute to the sustainability of healthcare operations and excellence in beneficiary care.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Medicine. • Active and unrestricted registration with the relevant medical board (CRM), including submission of a certificate of good standing from the professional council. • Completed postgraduate qualification in Medical Auditing. • At least two (2) years of proven professional experience in medical auditing. • Relevant and diverse clinical experience across different medical specialties. • Strong knowledge of medical guidelines, procedures, reimbursement tables (e.g., AMB), and TUSS terminology. • Basic computer skills and familiarity with management systems. • Strong analytical skills to review medical information critically, impartially, and decisively. • Commitment to ethics and strict confidentiality when handling sensitive information and patient medical records. • Excellent ability to manage deadlines and priorities in a dynamic environment, working with discipline and a strong professional commitment in a remote setting. • Ability to work effectively in teams and collaborate constructively with other healthcare professionals. • Extensive familiarity with ANS (Brazil’s National Supplementary Health Agency) regulations and standards. • Solid knowledge of preparing technical opinions and operational policies for health plans.
