📋 Description

• Manage the end-to-end process of quoting, negotiating, and purchasing OPME (Orthoses, Prostheses, and Special Materials). • Identify and source new suppliers in the market. • Support the registration team by facilitating the receipt of data and documentation from partner suppliers. • Provide consultative support to OPME auditors regarding brand options, qualified suppliers, and prevailing market prices. • Populate, monitor, and keep departmental spreadsheets updated with the history and details of completed negotiations. • Serve as a liaison between suppliers, the audit team, and company operations, ensuring agility, cost control, and efficiency throughout the authorization and purchasing processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Management, or a Health Sciences program. • Practical knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, for data and spreadsheet management. • Strong negotiation skills, a sense of urgency, and assertive communication. • High level of organization and attention to detail to manage multiple quotations simultaneously. • Previous experience and practical knowledge of OPME processes. • Knowledge of healthcare regulation and the standards issued by ANS (Brazil’s National Supplementary Health Agency) and ANVISA (Brazilian Health Regulatory Agency). • Previous experience with health insurance providers, hospitals, or healthcare product suppliers.
