📋 Description

• Work in the field, maintaining close relationships with customers and store teams • Visit customers according to the established service schedule • Ensure product availability, replenishment, and stock levels, helping reduce out-of-stocks • Execute product displays in accordance with Trade Marketing and Visual Merchandising guidelines • Organize shelves, secondary displays, and other product presentation areas • Check prices, labels, and inventory, identifying opportunities for improvement at the point of sale • Support sell-out initiatives by presenting product differentiators to store teams • Gather information on the market, competitors, and execution, sharing opportunities with the Trade Marketing team • Record visits and activities using the tools provided by the company • Maintain close and professional relationships with customers, store managers, and the sales team • Work with autonomy, a sense of urgency, and a results-oriented mindset

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma • Experience in promotion, replenishment, merchandising, or retail customer service activities • Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships easily • Organized, proactive, and results-oriented profile • Availability to travel within the assigned region • Knowledge of Visual Merchandising (VM) and point-of-sale organization is a plus • Familiarity with information-gathering applications and execution metrics is a plus • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office is a plus
