📋 Description

• Provide technical support, assessing the complexity of issues to determine resolution or escalation • Analyze and propose improvements to processes related to the Invoicing, Tax Configurator, Shipping, Orders, Inventory, and Receiving modules, in coordination with the business • Perform analyses and propose/execute corrective and preventive maintenance • Work on the application support team, providing second- and third-level technical and functional support to system users and following up on corrective maintenance • Handle production incidents by proposing workarounds for critical incidents and developing an action plan to identify root causes and resolve recurring issues • Document solutions and create support resources, and receive knowledge transfer upon project completion to enable ongoing support • Train and guide Level 1 analysts and end users • Monitor and analyze performance metrics

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Technology or related fields • Experience with the Datasul system in the modules: Invoicing, Receiving, Shipping, Inventory, Tax Configurator, and Orders • Knowledge of integrations with other systems • Experience in application/system support, providing second- and third-level technical and functional support and following up on corrective maintenance • Ability to work under pressure • SAP knowledge is a plus
