📋 Description

• Responsible for governance of performance indicators, transforming complex data into strategic guidance for the board. • Designs control architectures and provides internal consulting to ensure business units operate with maximum efficiency and alignment to global objectives.

🎯 Requirements

• Data Management: Consolidate and audit complex databases to ensure the integrity of management information. • Reporting: Build dashboards and performance reports (planned vs. actual) for internal and external stakeholders. • Cost Analysis: Monitor claims/loss ratios and operational costs, identifying variances and emerging trends. • Financial Planning: Conduct result reviews, forecasting and economic feasibility studies. • Compliance and Regulation: Ensure compliance with schedules and submission of ancillary obligations to regulatory bodies. • Process Improvement: Implement cost controls and optimize information receipt workflows between departments. • Consolidate financial and operational results, ensuring the closing of management reports. • Analyze performance trends and profitability/loss-ratio indicators. • Develop financial projections and impact analyses on the organization’s results. • Manage the flow of information between departments, establishing SLAs and delivery timelines. • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and quality management systems.
