• Develop comprehensive performance media plans, considering the funnel, segmentations, channel mix, and health-related goals (e.g., appointments, qualified leads, exams) • Support the client team with data-driven guidance • Define clear and achievable KPIs: CPA, CPL, CAC, ROAS, CTR, CVR, appointment rates, among others • Manage campaigns on: Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube), Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and Programmatic (when applicable) • Build and optimize campaigns while ensuring compliance with health-sensitive ad policies • Create structured tests (A/B, creatives, audiences, landing pages) • Implement tracking and parameterization structures (UTMs, GA4, CRM, conversion events) • Monitor performance daily and propose strategic optimizations • Build dashboards and executive reports with business-oriented storytelling • Analyze patient/user behavior and typical journeys in the healthcare sector • Measure media impact using CRM data and actual appointment records
• Proven experience with healthcare brands (laboratories, clinics, hospitals, pharma, or similar) • Up-to-date certifications (Google, Meta, Analytics, etc.) • Knowledge of offline media or integration between online and offline channels • Platform proficiency: Expert-level in Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) • Programmatic media: Experience with tools such as DV360 (advantageous for senior candidates) • Data analysis: Proficiency in GA4 (Google Analytics 4) • Data visualization: Proficiency in tools such as Looker Studio (or Power BI) • Technical leadership: Ability to perform critical analysis and contribute to the technical development of the team
