📋 Description

• Support planning and expenditure control for Habitado Expansion projects within the Operations and Services Directorate • Create and update physical and financial controls for Expansion projects • Request and allocate funds to projects according to the Monthly Forecast • Arrange restitution of residual project budgets • Release and adjust SAP structure according to project phasing • Control and update the required-by date for material reservations • Make project postings and verify budget availability • Comply with applicable laws and regulations in the area of operation • Perform other duties inherent to the role

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree completed (preferably in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields) • Experience in related activities • Advanced MS Office skills • Power BI skills (advantageous) • Knowledge of project management methodologies and frameworks (advantageous)
