📋 Description

• Deputy management of the restaurant's daily operations • Lead and develop a young team • Set quality and service goals • Actively participate in daily operations • Duty scheduling, inventory management, restaurant operations planning & budget planning • Ensure quality and hygiene standards, including monitoring restaurant KPIs • Conduct interviews and select new employees • Carry out staff trainings

• Several years of experience in gastronomy or hospitality • Experience in leading teams • You are both a motivator and a trusted point of contact • An eye for talent • Service-oriented working style
