📋 Description

• Ensures KPIs are met or exceeded within an assigned area of the store • Coordinates team members to achieve the best balance between customer service and store operations • Monitors and coaches the team within their area of responsibility • Allocates resources and organizes workflows within their area to manage efficiency and productivity in various situations • Tracks operational results for their area (e.g., bestsellers, visual/layout performance, etc.) and initiates necessary actions to drive productivity and efficiency • Acts as a role model for customer service, boosts sales, and promotes the brand

🎯 Requirements

• Retail qualification • Proficiency in English • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in sports and/or fashion retail, with advanced sales experience and a comprehensive understanding of products, retail operations and the industry (including initial leadership experience) • Adequate literacy and numeracy skills and advanced communication ability
