📋 Description

• Independently and comprehensively handle cases with a focus on insolvencies and crises, in particular providing comprehensive case documentation and presentation, including the necessary data and expertise • Develop group strategies and strategies for individual brands, including all coordination and preliminary discussions with internal and external stakeholders • Negotiate and draft all contracts required in the context of a restructuring or insolvency, such as continuation agreements, support/provision agreements, or trade agreements • Take primary responsibility for negotiations with insolvency administrators, banks, shareholders and other stakeholders • Participate in creditors' committees as a representative of Volkswagen AG and prepare legal opinions and recommended courses of action in the area of restructuring

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in law including the First and Second State Examinations (fully qualified to practice law in Germany) • Relevant professional experience in insolvency and restructuring law • Additional training in economics/business administration would be desirable • Economically pragmatic mindset and a confident manner • English language level B2 • Strong negotiation skills
