📋 Description

• You coordinate the daily business operations • Ongoing development of your team through training and mentoring • Merchandising – implementation of presentation guidelines • Planning of in-store activities • Efficient and effective staff planning • Analysis of shop performance and profitability • Active selling and sales engagement

🎯 Requirements

• Completed commercial/business vocational training • Relevant experience in fashion retail and ideally in store management • Strong numerical skills and good business acumen • Leadership skills and strong interpersonal competence • Strong interest in fashion and trends • Team player with good communication skills • Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite
